We always strive to be flexible and work with our guests when it comes to booking your time with us. We do have a 48-24 hour cancellation policy and we require a credit card on file to book certain services.

If you cancel or need to reschedule within 48 hours we reserve the right to charge you 50% of your appointment total. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge you 100% of your appointment total.

We require a 50% deposit for smoothing treatments or any appointment over 4 hours such as color corrections. These appointments have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Canceling 72-48 hours will include loss of deposit, and canceling within 24 hours will result in total charge for missed appointments.
